Meet Jess, an award-winning occupational therapist who has dedicated her life to making occupational therapy easily accessible to all. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Jess has helped countless families overcome challenges and improve their quality of life and overall wellbeing.

Jess earned her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy & Science from University College Cork, Ireland (UCC) where she has returned to guest lecture on numerous occasions. Jess won numerous awards during this time including the Dr HH Stewart Award and was also the winner of Global Undergraduate Award for Social Innovation.

Throughout her career, Jess has focused on providing a holistic model of care and has developed numerous award winning products that support children, families, and schools. Jess has worked in a variety of settings in both Ireland and Australia, including private clinics, schools, and community organisations, and has helped develop innovative programmes to increase access to occupational therapy services.

Jess's work has been published in the Journal of Occupational Science, and the British Journal of Occupational Science and it also featured in the Huffington Post.

Jess's mission is to make occupational therapy easily accessible to all, regardless of their socioeconomic status or geographic location through her work at My OT & Me but also Gabadoo, a digital health platform radically changing the way in which families access Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy.

Jess believes that everyone deserves access to the tools and resources they need to live their best life, and she works tirelessly to make that vision a reality.
